Description

Internal Affairs Commissioner

Description
Nothing is more important in a team than to ensure its proper functioning, especially for a team building a device that goes on the Moon! As Internal Affairs Commissioner, you will manage the team’s Human Resources. Head of Logistics
a POSITION ID BO-04
Description
Head of Logistics is a position that deal with tasks of logistical and financial nature. This includes but is not restricted to managing the wide and expensive inventory of the team, making major orders for the team and acquiring licenses for the team members. Another major task of the Head of Logistics is making sure the members follow documentation guidelines and giving them access to the required software packages.

Public Outreach Commission
POSITION ID NTP-02
Description
A Space Mission – and especially one going to the Moon – requires great public outreach to spark the interest of the general public, recruit new students and accelerate key partnerships within the industry! For this, we are looking to reinforce the Public Outreach Commission with creative and enthusiastic students from various backgrounds.
Within the Commission, you could either specialise in what you already master, or gain experience in fields you domains always wanted to explore further. The skills sought after are amongst other:
- Content Creation
- Writing of articles/blogs/posts/stories
- Graphic Design.
- Filming and/or Video-Editing
- Podcasting and/or Audio-Editing
- 3D modelling and rendering
- 2D/3D animation
- VR/AR animation
With this list being non-extensive, you can come up with any other ideas that you may have! The main message is that if you want to participate in the creation of a Space mission’s public image, then do apply!

Partnerships Coordinator
POSITION ID NTP-03
Description
As partnerships coordinator you will be responsible for:
– Collaborate in and attend Lunar Zebro events. Participation includes pre-event efforts working closely with the Public Relations department, to secure partner participation and marketing of the event to appropriate audiences, support the day-of activities and complete follow-up tasks.
– Maintain timely, accurate and thorough documentation of all activities, tasks, contacts and account management.
– Authentically project and reflect Lunar Zebro’s mission and vision.
– Organise meetings and calls with the partners to foster relationships and ensure strong co-operation.
– Deliver partners sponsorship rights and activation programs.
– Secure new funding.
– Develop deep partnerships and pipeline to increase Lunar Zebro’s reach and impact within organizations.
– Demonstrate thoughtful and appropriate time management in extending the vision, strategies and tactics required for sustained partnership and their engagement and implementation.
Requirements
– Candidate must be studying in TU Delft to be eligible for the position.
– Experience in public relations and business networks is desirable.
– A good ability to understand the technical and financial needs of the project, and subsequently be able to match those needs with possible industry partners who can deliver on that.
– Good networking skills and good communication skills.
– Candidate should be able to find contacts and approach organizations for possible partnership opportunities.
– An ability to present the project and him/herself in a confident and convincing manner.

Assembly, Integration & Testing Engineer (AIT)

Description
An AIT engineer has several areas of responsibility. They are first and foremost responsible for creating and performing test procedures according to (sub)system requirements and international standards. These tests range from small functional tests done in-house to bigger environmental tests at our partners’ facilities. This can also include using Lunar Zebro’s own testbed for simulating the lunar mission or analysing test results to find points of improvement in the design. They are also responsible for the assembly of the rover, for instance through making sure new designs fit, integrate with other components, and are easy to assemble.
