Lunar Zebro’s current and future Moon missions go beyond pure technology demonstration. Each mission is driven by meaningful scientific objectives, made possible by the unique capabilities of the Lunar Zebro rover platform. These objectives open new research opportunities for both students and scientists, enabling studies that deepen our understanding of the Moon and, more broadly, the Universe.

Publications

Lunar Zebro serves as a research platform within Delft University of Technology. By bringing together expertise from across the university, the project creates space for innovative research in the diverse fields it explores. Each year, new research ideas are encouraged and developed in close cooperation with academic staff. In addition, Lunar Zebro contributes to integrated education by offering thesis opportunities to students from partner institutions, including Inholland University of Applied Sciences. The completed BSc and MSc theses stand as tangible academic contributions generated by the project.
